Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your UDPOWER account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team receives and inspects the device for functionality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
